My first 'crush'--Nancy Anderson--4th grade. Rusty Cugno and i would ride back and forth past her house in hopes of seeing her. We always had a chuckle over that over the years. Sorry to know she is gone.
I remember Nancy's beautiful voice. She played Maria when we did the production "Sound of Music" She was also very smart and beautiful . I am so sorry to hear she passed
Ginny, I think Nancy would have preferred to play Maria but she played the Mother Superior because her voice was perfect for the song, "Climb Every Mountain". Her rendition of that song was masterful. Maria was played by one of the Pierson (or Pearson) sisters; also a good soprano voice.
